College regulations state that you can only appeal against the process of the examination or assessment - for example, if something in the administration or the running of the examination or assessment had a negative impact on your performance. This means that you cannot appeal against examiner or assessor judgement.
Appeals should be made within 28 days of the results date of the examination or assessment to which it relates, and can include supporting evidence at the candidate's discretion. The fee for submitting an appeal is found in the Fees section.
All appeals will be considered by the Examinations Panel in the first instance. This panel will usually meet on a monthly basis up to ten times a year.
In some cases, the Examinations Panel will refer appeals to the Appeals Panel.

If you want to complain about an assessment or examination, you should submit a detailed written report to email@example.com within 28 days of the assessment or examination. Include your name, candidate number and contact details so we can contact you about your concerns. We will investigate and aim to respond within 10 working days of receiving the complaint.
Please note that a complaint is not the same as an appeal and cannot affect the result of the assessment or examination. However, if the service we have provided has been unacceptable, we would welcome the chance to investigate and put this right.
